Services Heading
Tier 1 - Routine Piano Tuning
Select this service if your piano has been kept in tune with regular routine piano tunings through out the year. This means that your piano should not be severely out of tune. If you suspect that your piano is severely out of tune, you might want to look into our tier 2 Pitch Raise service.
Tier 2 - Pitch Raise
Select this service if your piano is out of tune by at least a half step. This usually occurs when your piano has not been serviced for a good while or if your piano is brand new and the strings have not settled. If this service is selected, and our piano technician finds that your piano is not at least a half step out of tune, our technician will let you know that a tier 1 routine piano tuning is all that you needed and you will not be charged for the pitch raise.
Tier 3 - Light action calibration
This service includes your routine piano tuning as well as a routine light action calibration to ensure all your pianos moving parts are performing at their best capacity. Since your pianos action is made of thousands of moving wooden parts, it is not uncommon for your pianos action to shift a bit during or after extreme weather shifts. An excellent time to schedule a routine action calibration is after the cold and humid winter months. Think of it as your pianos spring cleaning!
